Zen Spot #303 - Mindfulness, meditation and the sky/water wheel October 29, 2019 00:00
A glass of pure water is clear — as is the air we breath. The ocean is blue, as is the sky. I was awed by the water’s color and power. In the next moment, I closed my eyes and spread my arms expecting the sky to wrap me in blue.
